Use and retention
We use the details to respond, clarify requirements and discuss collaboration. Records are stored on this website’s server, are not publicly displayed, and are accessible only to authorized people handling enquiries.
Enquiries that do not lead to ongoing collaboration are retained for no more than 12 months, then deleted. You may request access, correction or deletion using the same form, including your original reference number and verifiable contact details.
Operational records
Limited access and error logs support troubleshooting and abuse prevention. The form uses a short-lived, hashed source identifier to rate-limit requests. This website uses no advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
